We were so overjoyed when you came into the world, as you made our family feel so complete. Your arrival brought us such extraordinary pleasure, and you were such a happy and contented baby. We thought ourselves so lucky and that our happiness would last forever – but we were wrong. We loved you so, so much. We do not understand why were taken from us, and we are completely and utterly devastated by losing you. Our sadness is totally unbearable and we do not know how we can face the world without you. But at least we had you with us - as part of our family – for a few, precious weeks. Your sisters and brother had a chance to cuddle you and rock you and simply be near you – and they miss you just as much as your mummy and daddy. Dearest Katie, nothing can ever make us forget that we have lost you, nothing can ever make us feel so lucky and so complete again. We will need all our happy memories of you to comfort us, when the pain of losing you becomes unbearable. We will miss you every moment of every day. You are always in our minds
